This policy explains how the Queue Board website handles your information. In plain English: we collect as little as possible, and we don't sell it.
Queue Board is operated by WealthForge LLC ("Queue Board," "we," "us"). This policy covers the public marketing website at queueboard.io. The Queue Board application itself, when deployed for a customer, is governed by a separate agreement (see "The product vs. this website" below).
We use the contact details you send us to reply to your request, schedule a demo, and communicate about Queue Board. We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it except with service providers that help us operate (for example, our email provider) or where required by law.
Email to us is handled through standard business email infrastructure (Microsoft 365). Those providers process the message in order to deliver it, under their own terms and security practices.
This policy is about the website. The Queue Board application is a support/ticketing tool that a customer deploys — often within the customer's own environment — to manage that customer's support data. How that data is handled is set out in the agreement between us and that customer, not in this website policy.
This site aims to run without non-essential cookies or third-party analytics. If that changes, we'll update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
If you've emailed us and want to know what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted, just reach out to hello@queueboard.io and we'll take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
Queue Board is a business tool and is not directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
We may update this policy as the product and site evolve. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date above.
